![]() He obediently hides when he's told until he reaches the age of twelve, and loses access to the woods near his house but gains a better understanding of his predicament. ![]() Thank you for reading my letter I hope you like it.Luke is a twelve-year-old boy and a third child in a society that only allows families to have two children. My favorite part in the book among the imposters was when luke (lee) found out that jackal boy was one of the third children too and all of the other kids that jackal boy hung out with. Were did you get the ideas from? Did you get them from the real world? Why did you think of putting all of the shadow children in a school with no windows and mean teachers?Īlso I wanted to ask you how did you think of the books did you get them off movies or the internet nor maybe your friends? Why did you want your books to be about hidden Childs? I am writing to you because I wanted to ask you questions about your books (the shadow children). But I really do love your Shadow Children Series. Also you’d have agoraphobia (afraid to be outside) for like, 1-3 more years. What do you think it would be like to be a shadow child? It would be terrible hiding in an attic or basement or something like that for 18 years at the minimum. I want to know, how did you think of shadow children in the first place? I would think a country somewhere. Thirdly, I want to talk about shadow children. It would have so many viewers! Plus it would have good ratings I would think. It would be great as a movie I could picture it in my mind. Secondly, I think you should turn a couple novels into movies. But anyways, we feel many different things about Hendricks School for Boys, like suspicious that there’s no windows, and the leader of the Hall Monitors, Jason (Jackal Boy as referred to Luke Gardner,) when we found out he was a Population Police agent we we’re pretty much dumbstruck by it. The Shadow Children Series is a huge success to me. I just wanted to say though, I love your books. The class is reading you’re Shadow Children series My questions that I have to ask you are… how did you end up coming with the shadow children series? Are you going to end up making movies? How old were you when you wrote the series? After a couple of minutes My friend Aleia said that you already have a book in your series called Among the Free. I was thinking if you make another book you can call one of them Among the Free. Will you make more books? Also if you were going to make more books what will you call them. Me and another girl named Aleia are going to read your whole series. Our class has already read Among the Hidden. The book we are reading right now is Among the Imposters. I was wondering later in the future will you be making movies to all your books you made? Or did you all ready make movies for your books? If so I bet that your movies will be awesome! They will probably be like your book except with some difference. ![]() Mr.Purdons class and I have been enjoying your books. Sam and I will read until we are done the series. ![]() Thank you for taking the time to read my letter. I truly hope that you write another novel or series. I wish the producers saw the importance of this character!ĭo you have plans for any other works? I can imagine that such a series must mentally drain an author. Why is it that the producers chose to leave out Dobby who save Harry in the second challenge and was so important in the book? We don’t even get to see Dobby in this movie or any of the other elves. How do you feel about this? It seems that The Goblet of Fire has the most. Sam is so involved in it that he casts spells on me daily, especially when he is angry!Īlso, Sam and I have noticed some big discrepancies between the novels and the movies. Where did your ideas for the Harry Potter series originate? Did you have any influential works that gave you the idea? No matter, what a world you have created. When I read them I’m reminded of Tolkien and Lord of the Rings as well as medieval times. I guess first and foremost I’m curious where your ideas for your novels come from. I really wanted to drop you a line and tell you how much my son Sam and I have been enjoying your Harry Potter series. I thought I could leave an example here for you to use!
